To effectively flush toxins and reduce congestion, you should combine consistent water intake with physical activities that stimulate lymph flow, such as rebounding or deep breathing.

Key natural strategies include:

Daily Movement and Rebounding: Engage in aerobic exercise like walking, yoga, or jumping on a mini-trampoline for 10–15 minutes to use gravity and muscle pressure to push fluid toward the heart.
Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing: Practice slow, belly-focused breathing to create pressure changes in the chest and abdomen that act as an internal pump for lymphatic vessels.
Dry Brushing: Use a natural bristle brush with light, upward strokes toward the heart before showering to stimulate surface lymph vessels and exfoliate the skin.
