As a one woman operated business, I fulfill all of the business roles with no outsourcing of work- which can be a lot to juggle at times.

As I branch out into new designs this season, I'm taking things in a whole new direction

After mating, a male honey bee loses its reproductive organs and dies

Bees produce about a half teaspoon of honey in their lifetime

To get more bees in your garden grow more color

One worker dies every 30 seconds from exposure to toxic chemicals in the textile industry.

Companies around the world are failing to protect their workers.

Carter's is one of the largest manufacturers of baby clothes and is one of the worst corporations regarding this issue.

Workers are commonly exposed to cancer causing chemicals without proper protective equipment.

When workers develop serious diseases, they are left unsupported with a mountain of medical costs.

To top it off- since the pandemic began, workers have taken a 21% wage cut. The average garment worker makes $147 a month.

They work an average of 14-16 hours a day, 7 days a week and are often fired if they are unable to work overtime in peak seasons to meet the fashion deadlines.

Knowing this, support a local artist when possible. If you can't afford handmade or organic clothing, consider shopping second hand or buying only what you truly need. Avoid browsing the sales racks if you're not looking for something specific.

If the price tag has an unbelievably good deal on it, remember how expensive it actually is in regards to another person's life.

Fawn & Friends Clothing Co. is a one-woman operated business. The design and pattern selecting, cutting, pinning, ironing, photographing, marketing and funding is all done by our owner, Tiffany.

Cheap clothes may be cheap in terms of financial cost, but are *very* expensive in regards to the impact on human life and the environment.

It's not just the consumer who is affected by toxic chemicals used in the fashion industry...

Textile workers across the supply chain are exposed to hazardous substances without adequate health & safety protection while treating, dying and producing garments.

25% of global chemical output originates from the textile industry, polluting sacred drinking water and destroying marine life.

90% of cotton is genetically modified.

The cotton industry alone account for 25% of the world's insecticide use.

This must radically change.

No piece of clothing is worth polluting communities, tainting natural resources or putting garments worker's health at risk.

Choose organic fibers.

Good news and bad news...

We will no longer be vending the Okanogan Family Faire due to the new mask mandate.

As a company who deeply cares about the health and safety of children it is not in our best interest to support this event knowing the negative impacts mask wearing creates for language development and emotional development.

This being said, it means our etsy shop will be opening sooner rather than later! We will also be selling some creations in a few small businesses around the PNW!

Also, what do you think of this new bee print?!

This print will be available in our next shop drop along with a few others, so stay tuned to see what's in store!

To place an order for a pair of organic "Grow With Me" Joggers in the Fox print, please read all details below:

• Every item is sustainability sourced using 100% organic materials. The fabric is printed with eco friendly dyes in the USA.

• "Grow With Me" Joggers are designed for quickly growing babies and kids, they will fit multiple sizes.

• Available sizes include:
• 3M-12M
• 12M-3T
• 3T-5T

• I have a limited number of size 12M-3T but can take endless orders, it might just mean that the wait time for this size is 1-2 weeks while I wait on more fabric to arrive.

• After today my shop will be temporarily closed until after the Okanogan Family Faire at the end of October.

• I accept Venmo, Cashapp or PayPal. Payments are due at the time of order. Any orders left unpaid by tomorrow morning will be considered late.

• Each pair is $50 shipped. I realize this may be unaffordable for some of you, but I promise the cost is fair for the product. Slow fashion is an investment and these pieces are made to last multiple generations.

• Please direct message me with the size you would like to purchase along with your name and address for shipping.

The wait is over! Here is the design we've been hyping up so much!

These "Grow With Me" Joggers are made to fit baby as they grow bigger, saving money and closet space!

I will be opening up for orders temporarily tomorrow for 24 hours.

We are constantly in contact with textiles in our environment, therefore it is critical to brands to disclose the safety of their products.

Consumers can confidently make informed food, beauty and cleaning product choices by reading the ingredients label.

However, the clothing industry isn't held to the same standard of transparency.

When shopping for clothing, opt for organic materials with natural dyes and support brands commited to sustainability.
