Just a friendly reminder that changing your HVAC air filter is the tenant’s responsibility and is an important part of routine home maintenance.

We recommend checking your filter regularly and replacing it every 30–90 days, depending on the type of filter, pets in the home, and how heavily your system is running.

A clean air filter helps:

Your heating and air system run more efficiently
Improve airflow throughout the home
Reduce dust and allergens
Prevent unnecessary strain or damage to the HVAC system
Keep utility costs from climbing due to restricted airflow

Happy National Dog Day to the hardest-working member of the High Country Construction & Development and Okie Homes crew — Bullet! 🐾🖤

Whether he’s riding along to check job sites, making his rounds at the office, or keeping a close eye on everyone who walks through the door, Bullet takes his role as official office guard dog very seriously. 😂

His preferred form of payment is treats, and after a long day on the job, he’s decided there’s only one acceptable place to sleep: right between Mom and Dad. Apparently personal space is not included in his job description.

He may not be much help with the paperwork or construction, but he’s pretty great for company, security, and keeping morale high.
