Today marks 10 years in business. I honestly never expected this would be a milestone I would reach. Blackbird was opened to bridge the gap back into the working world after having my daughter. I thought I’d keep it for a few years until she was in full time school… 10 years later, another baby and big life moments; I’m still here. I can’t say I’ll do this forever but I can say, the last 10 years have been a gift. Everyone I have met along the way has left an incredible impact on me, my family and quite literally are the reason my doors are still open. Thank you for the last 10 years. Dressing you for all the big and small moments has truly been an honor and I am so grateful for your support.
