We had a quick trip to Wyoming and Colorado to pick up “Jack”. He is a Gypsy cross that has had a long life story in his 3 short years! I’ll have to tell it sometime. He spent a couple of months in the Colorado mountains taking care of yearling cattle. He has come back big and strong with a nice handle and a real work ethic! There nothing like a job to make a horse! He is handy but can really cover country!I think he will make someone an amazing trail horse or a cowboys horse that needs to work in big country. Time will tell! It’s always a good trip when you get to mix a little cattle gathering in with your trip! “Sully”, my bay roan Gypsy cross went along for the ride and he got to see some big country as well! I think we will call him our adventure pony!
