Meet the maker
Hello everyone 🙂 my name is Maria and I am the founder of DeAngelis Designs (now T.M.T Designs since my marriage 🤎) Im a 2018 Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist graduate & I also obtained my Bachelors in 2023 for Early Childhood & Special Education. Go Guins! Crafting has been a lifelong passion of mine, with a particular interest in t-shirt design emerging during my high school years. In 2021, my fiance gifted me a Cricut for my birthday, prompting me to establish DeAngelis Designs (now T.M.T Designs) from our home. While acknowledging the limitations of Cricut for t-shirt design, I explored various techniques such as layering HTV, tie-dye, sublimation, and print-then-cut. This led me to discover Direct-To-Film (DTF) printing, which I adopted in 2023. DTF printing has expanded my business capabilities, enabling me to design and produce apparel, as well as print and sell transfers. Although my area of expertise is t-shirts, I also offer customized products in other categories. Crafting is my preferred method of unwinding and separating myself from the world. I take pleasure in producing items that individuals want to wear and gift to others, which is one of the key drivers behind my small business endeavors. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a devoted wife and mother. I allocate most of my time to transforming our house into a home and attending to my toddler's needs, and I find joy in this balance.
