We live East of Sturgis SD...yep...motorcycle country..STURGIS RALLY.. Interesting fact my husband raced Harley Davidson's for 40+ years.. We both grew up farming and ranching and now provide that for our kids.. I didn't wake up and say "Oh I want a business"..it formed itself and has its own life now...LOL... It really started from the love of art...my mom would sit with me at the kitchen table w

ith paper and pencil and we would draw for hours...I went on to win a few contests growing up and then went on to a ART minor at Spearfish SD and I actually studied under the great Richard Dubois..he thought I sucked...LOL...if he was alive he would tell me that too with his great smile...I actually started with leather as my first medium, I think i did okay work but i soon realized the market was flooded with that...Hmm what medium could I use that is not being marketed???.. I tried so many things, I always came back to Copper...I feel drawn to it.. I had a lot of fails...it wasn't easy...I have spent countless hours , pounding,forming, firing, and a lot of cussing...Lol...ask my family I am like a drunken sailor at times in that shop...I have worked on projects for hours and had to throw them in the trash...yep...it happens.. My dad never really tolerated crying, or carrying on, get back on and try again....I hope I continue learning, I really hope to give people the chance to own unique things...things they may dream up, or have thought about, or wished for...I do not wish to become some big company...I hope to give my family things they may want or things we need...we know we wont be Millionaires...just a small family with dreams like yours... ....
