Today, we tested out Matt’s idea on our Maxce Laser Marking Tools IndexX adding DogboneUSA to it. Now our Pascal Liu 60w CO2 Galvo is set up for a lot of repeatability. We tasted it on MakerFlo handleless skinny tumblers and Matt made a DogboneUSA thread adapter so that not only does it work 2-sided perfect but also aligns with the lid orientation of the tumbler.

Today, the Matt Scientist added the Patent Pending Dogbone USA system to our Maxce IndexX sitting on our 60w liquid cooled CO2 galvo.

The new Dogbone USA bases are now aligned and any of our attachments we click into the bases are aligned. That means wallets, key chains, lighters, slates, and so much more making set up and repeat marking of different objects much faster.

We also geeked the Tumbler set up to specifically work with MakerFlo skinny tumblers where you get two side perfect alignment AND the lid twists back in the correct position aligned with the engraves. We will be working on all the other MakerFlo tumblers ASAP as we have orders for Handled and Non-Handled in various sizes!

The video will follow today but, we are taking it right into production this morning!
