Today, we pause to remember the true meaning of Memorial Day honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.

It’s such a fun Mother’s Day weekend outing and a unique alternative to the usual flowers or last-minute gifts.

As our embroidery department continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Embroidery Technician who is looking for more than just a job. This role is for someone who wants to take ownership of their work, become a valued part of our company, and help elevate our embroidery department to the next level.
This is a hands-on production role for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality, consistency, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Embroidery Production
Operate commercial multi-needle embroidery machines accurately and efficiently
Complete embroidery orders including logos, names, and custom designs
Hoop garments correctly and select proper stabilizers and thread
Monitor machines during production to ensure consistency and precision
Identify opportunities to improve quality and workflow
Quality Control
Maintain top-tier embroidery standards
Ensure clean stitching, proper placement, and correct thread colors
Reduce errors, rework, and material waste
Take personal responsibility for finished work
Department Growth
Work closely with the owner to strengthen and grow the embroidery department
Help establish best practices and uphold standards
Maintain a clean, organized embroidery workspace
Contribute to a professional, team-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
