We’re excited to introduce Top Pack Defense Department Portals — custom online ordering portals built specifically for law enforcement agencies.
We are currently testing the portal with a few departments to make sure the ordering process is simple, reliable, and ready to meet the needs of both departments and their personnel. Our goal is to have the program fully live and ready for new department setups beginning in October 2026!
Each portal can be customized around your agency’s approved products, purchasing process, and uniform requirements.

Once the program goes live, our goal is to have new department portals built and ready to use within approximately 3–4 weeks after receiving your completed setup information, depending on the volume of portal requests at that time.
