Readers of the Valley is currently seeking food vendors/caterers interested in providing quotes for an upcoming private literary event:

⏰ Event Hours: 11AM – 5PM

We are expecting approximately 100 attendees for this elevated author networking and social experience themed around:
🫖 books
✨ high tea elegance
📖 authors & storytelling
👑 regal/luxury atmosphere

While themed menu items are always a fun bonus, we are absolutely open to ALL cuisine types and would love to explore different options.

We are specifically looking for vendors able to:
✔️ Provide service for approximately 100 guests
✔️ Serve for a minimum of 2 hours
✔️ Deliver to the venue OR operate on-site in a food truck/health code compliant setup
✔️ Provide upfront pricing/quote information

Our intention is to cover food costs upfront for the event.

Join us at Dave & Buster’s Desert Ridge for another exciting Readers of the Valley author and vendor event featuring 40 incredible authors and bookish vendors.

Spend the morning shopping indie books, discovering new authors, and connecting with fellow readers in a fun, relaxed indoor setting located in the first-floor bar area of Dave & Buster’s. Then make a full day of it — head upstairs for arcade games or grab brunch with friends at one of the many nearby restaurants.
