And just like that, September is here! We’ve spent our first full month in our new home and we are so happy for all the opportunities it has brought us so far. We hope everyone is having a beautiful end to their summer and beginning of the school year for those new and returning students and teachers too!

Here we did all the alterations for this beautiful bride in her blushy, rich, floral-detailed gown. We can’t get over the subtle colors within this dress and think it really is perfect for a wedding at the end of summer, looking towards another transition to autumn 💕🌸

At 6pm on July 3rd we will close up shop for the last day at our current location, 33 James Reynolds road. It will be a bittersweet goodbye to the shop we have known, loved, and called home for so many years. On July 6th at 8am we will officially reopen in our new home in the busiest plaza in Swansea, 581 G.A.R. Highway! Come find us there for the same great services, now with just a little extra room to work :)

Big news!! Alterations Plus is getting a new home!! Starting July 6th you can find us in the shopping plaza at 581 G.A.R. Highway in Swansea. We are so lucky, thanks to our amazing community and clients, we will continue to bring you the same great service, but now in a bigger and better location. We hope that with this change we can build our capacity and keep up our amazing work. So come by the shop soon to say goodbye, and come find our new spot in the first week of July. Here’s to the next big adventure !! 🚚📦

And just like that, summer is on the horizon and we are looking back on our busiest season yet! After flying through prom season we’ve taken a moment to reflect on the fact that our incredible team of 7 tailors and 3 assistants manage to work their magic custom fitting clothes for all occasions all out of our 960 sq ft store! So as we look back at the busy spring season, we are also starting to dream of a new home for Alterations Plus. Thanks to our amazing community that has continued to support us over the years, we are so happy that we can even begin to search for a larger store. We are so excited to see what is on the horizon for us!! And if you see any store fronts that catch your eye, don’t be shy and drop us a line 🪡🧵 we will be looking for new locations this summer 🧵🪡
