FoxyDonna Crochet I am a crochet artist based in Syracuse. I've been crocheting on and off since I was 10, but during COVID I really ramped up!

I create one-of-a-kind pieces, and sell through several outlets in CNY. I focus on creating classic, quality pieces that will las My grandmother taught me how to crochet one summer to give me something to do on rainy days. I took to it right away, and that summer I whipped up a whole wardrobe of crocheted vests, skirts, and of course, the mandatory granny square poncho. Over the years I picked it

up from time to time, but it wasn't until five or six years ago that I started crocheting again in earnest, making hats for kids for Christmas at a local school. From there I started making garments again and it's no longer your grandmother's crochet. In 2022 I found Marketplace on James and finally have an outlet where I can sell my pieces. I take so much pleasure in knowing that people like my work so well they're willing to pay for it!!!

Here’s Lena, my favorite AI model, in this week’s featured outfit at Miss Daisy’s. The ribbed cardigan is hand crocheted with 100% cotton yarn in cream with tiny flecks of brown and olive green. We’ve paired it with a turtleneck cotton shell in rich brown that’s picks up the brown fleck in the sweater and a crossbody in complimentary colors. The cardigan is an original design and all my pieces are hand crocheted by me!!!
