Their leadership, innovation, and commitment to quality made North Star Glove Co. a trusted name worldwide.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Robert G. Wekell. Rob served North Star Glove faithfully during the entirety of his adult life, most recently retiring as company CEO. Rob passed away on 03/16/2025 at the age of 82.

Rob led the company with exceptional vision and dedication, steering it to great success in the global glove industry. His leadership, innovation, and commitment to quality made North Star Glove a trusted name worldwide. Not only was Rob a dynamic and forward-thinking business leader, but he served the greater community as a mentor and friend.
