When I thought about this one, I wanted it to be so much more than a pink ribbon…because she is so much more. She loves the beach, for example…

💪 A Beautiful Symbol of Survival
Specialty wellness organizations, like the Pink Hibiscus Breast Health Centre, explicitly adapt the flower as their namesake emblem to drive community screening and post-op care awareness.

These are cool because they have a 3-D staminal column (the stem in the middle). They took me WAY longer than I wanted but I’m particular about my materials and if I have to wait on shipping times for the perfect thing: I will. Unfortunately, sometimes I’ll wait- it’ll get here, and the thing doesn’t actually work for what I need. Start over. 😅

📣 Commission Update

Underdog Bead Works will be closing commissions for the remainder of 2026.

I'm INCREDIBLY grateful to everyone who has supported my work and trusted me with custom pieces. Your support, encouragement, and orders have meant more than words can express!

At this time, I need to focus on completing current commissions and ongoing projects while ensuring each piece receives the attention and craftsmanship it deserves. I’m grateful to have a full book but because of this, I will not be accepting any new custom orders through the end of the year.

I will continue sharing finished work, available pieces at Vintage Market, and updates here on the page. Information regarding commission availability for 2027 will be announced at a later date.
