Swamp Hatz was started up in 2009. Rafael, or Tazz as he is known around the Tampa Bay area, is an accomplished bassist and musician from the bay area for the last 32 years. In 2008 Tazz was diagnosed with cancer and became disabled. Tazz beat his bout with cancer and started designing his own 'Outlaw' shaped cowboy hats. Everywhere he wore them.. clubs, stores, etc. people would always ask him 'w
here you get that hat?' Tazz thought hmm... I might have something here. So lo and behold, the Swamp Hat was born to those who wished one! All of Tazz's hats are unique, and one of a kind, because they can't be duplicated in artwork. They may look similar in colors or patches, but never the same swamp print! We are a small, family-owned business and we value every single one of our customers. Every order means absolutely the world to us.
