Here's a ceiling repair in a large stairwell. A leaking toilet in a 3rd floor bathroom was the cause. This was tight. I almost didn't get scaffolding in here.

I do light commercial work. I e cream shop renovation in Northern Carroll County. Demo of existing front counters and I had to tear into the floors for some repairs. Custom built cabinetry to support the stone. The flooring is 100 percent waterproof oak veneer on 8" wide rubber planks and rated for commercial use. All the stone is a readily available product. The stone has been sealed with a good grade sealer and helps retain the rick color of the blue stone. The chalk board is approximately 19' long and over 3' high. The tops are authentic wood butcher block with 4-5 coats of a food grade clear coat. These tops are an excellent choice for kitchen Islands too. All paint and stain for this project is to be done by others.

I tore out an old bar and the floor in this large home in Taneytown built in the late 1800's. After making some repairs to the sub floor, I reinstalled 3/4" oak hardwood and my sander came behind me and put down a beautiful finish in both rooms. The dining room was only a sand and finish. I also had some moldings recreated to fill in where the bar once was. The homeowners were thrilled. If your looking for new flooring please give me a call at 410-984-5606
