Just dropping this here for an update on the situation.
With a huge help from the City of Tempe people ....
We have a new home, 2x the size and having the bookstore right nextdoor, we have 2 connected suites in a great little strip mall.....the address will be released soon.....it is being remodeled as I type......so much cool stuff is happening.....see ya soon!!!
