Construction is exquisite. Material is much more substantial than expected. The outer wind/water resistant layer is thicker and sturdier than the windbreaker material we remember from the 90’s. Jacket has a soft inner lining. It seems to hold in body heat quite well. I’m confident it will keep my kids warm during those early frigid morning drop offs in wintertime especially if wearing a light sweater/cardigan underneath.
