Fun facts - These parody shirts were popular in the 80s for a few reasons:
1) The Preppy Fashion Boom - Ivy League apparel was a sought after status-symbol.
2) The Duck Head workwear brand made its way onto campus via college bookstores, creating the “Southern Ivy” style with the distinctive mallard logo.

Pair that with novelty screen printing, and the Duck U brand is born.

Mothballs is excited to finally share this collab with Lindsey | Kind Candle Co. !

We are so pleased with the results. In fact, what was meant to be a single scent turned into two because of how much we enjoyed each fragrance. Bravo, Lindz!

“Loafer” is the scent we were trying for, but “Bandana” surprised us. Where Loafer is classic and warm, Bandana is unique and bright—a statement piece, if you will. 😉

Both are nostalgic and timeless, like your favorite vintage accessory.

…and no, neither candle smells like actual mothballs. 😂 We wouldn’t do that to you.

Loafer -
Worn leather, moss, + subtle wood notes

Bright to***co leaf, sun-warmed earth, + soft leather

Similar stereo systems are listed and have sold online for over $200 (shipping is a killer), but you can get all these memories for $189 at Glendy’s Uptown Mall in booth #89.
