II’m SUPER proud 🥰 of these amazing Kings who are doing the WORK in our communities. 👑🖤
Seriously, it takes a special kind of man to take what he’s been through and choose to fight back with LOVE, PURPOSE, ACCOUNTABILITY & HEALING.

To recognize what’s been broken and actually commit yourself to helping repair it—not just talking about change, but showing up, speaking to our youth, speaking to parents, sharing your story, and becoming an example of what transformation can look like.
Our young Kings need to SEE grown Kings doing the work. They need men they can talk to, learn from, relate to, and see themselves becoming.

I’m proud of y’all, for real. 🥹✊🏾 Keep planting those seeds. You may never know which conversation, which word, or which moment changes the entire direction of somebody’s life.

Healing the community IS the flex. 👑

I'm honored to be a part of this year's Heaven Up in Harlem Community Celebration honoring Dr. Jenkins and celebrating the beautiful legacy he continues to carry forward.
I'll also be hosting a Community Raffle where you'll have a chance to win a Crown Nubian Healing Experience!
🎟 Prizes: 👑 Harlem Girls Healing Affirmation Cards 💚 OR 🌿 A Bronx Girl Healing Event Ticket
🎫 Raffle Tickets: 💵 $5 = 1 Ticket 💵 $10 = 3 Tickets 💵 $20 = 8 Tickets
💚 50% of the raffle proceeds will be donated to support the next Heaven Up in Harlem community event.
I'll also be singing during the celebration, including "Ribbon in the Sky" for the balloon release in loving memory of Mrs. Jenkins.

For the past few weeks, I've been quietly creating a space for women to slow down, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the little girl within.

I'm so excited to introduce Dear Younger Me, a Bronx Girl Healing experience.

This isn't just a coloring event.

It's a moment to pause.
To write.
To heal.
To laugh.
To sip tea.
To build genuine sisterhood.
To remember that the younger version of you was always worthy of love.
