Today is a GREAT day.
You see me smiling, laughing, jumping rope skin glowing, spirit lifted. And if you only knew… this didn’t come easy.
I’ve been through my own journey with FND, and it changed my life in ways I’m still learning from. I’ll be sharing my full story soon even though you can’t hear it here, just know there’s power behind this smile.
For now, this is your reminder:
Get outside. Let the sun kiss your skin.
Choose joy anyway.
Choose YOU anyway.
I’m happy. I’m healing. I’m still standing.
And I’m going to keep being an inspiration for anyone out there struggling…

FND (Functional Neurological Disorder) awareness 💛

In this video, you’ll hear a neurologist break it down but I want to show you what it looked like for me.

I was in a wheelchair for 3 days. Just couldnt walk at all and very painful. Iceberg for 2 days straight not knowing what was happening to my legs
Day 4… I took my first steps with a walker and with the nurses assistance as I had to be wheeled back to my room from being very fatigued afterwards.
Hospital → rehab → home… still depending on that walker.

And now?
I’m jumping rope.
Taking short walks.
Rebuilding my strength one step at a time.

FND is real. It affects the way the brain and body communicate and it can change your life in an instant.

This journey stretched me in ways I didn’t expect. It was scary, frustrating, and uncertain… but I kept going.

If you’re dealing with FND or anything similar progress is possible. Even the smallest steps matter.
