✨ A little “get to know your stylist” moment… ✨
Hey, I’m Trish — owner and stylist behind Wild Rose Salon & Company. 🖤🌵
I’ve been behind the chair for 18 years, and somehow I still genuinely love what I do. My favorite services are lived-in luxury color and extensions — basically, give me dimensional, expensive-looking hair that grows out beautifully and I’m in my happy place.
But one of my favorite parts of this career has become education. I don’t just want you to love your hair when you leave my chair. I want you to understand your hair, know which products are actually worth using, and be able to recreate something you love at home without needing a cosmetology degree to do it. 😂
That love for education has spilled over into mentoring newer stylists, too. Whether they work inside Wild Rose or they’re simply young stylists I’ve crossed paths with, I love being someone they can ask questions, bounce ideas off of, and learn from. This industry gave me a career I love, and being able to help the next generation find their footing in it means a lot to me.
Outside the salon, I’m a wife of 20 years and a very proud boy mom to two boys who keep our calendar completely ridiculous with hockey, baseball and now football. 😂 And I wouldn’t trade it. Watching them grow into their own personalities and becoming the humans they’re going to be is hands-down one of my favorite parts of life.
When I’m not at the salon or sitting at a sporting event somewhere, I’m happiest outside. Summer is absolutely my season. Give me sunshine, my garden, horseback riding, a hike in the mountains, or somewhere peaceful and quiet with a good book and very few people around, and I am perfectly content.
I love adventure… but I also deeply appreciate doing absolutely nothing somewhere beautiful. 😂
I’m a hairstylist, salon owner, mentor, wife, boy mom, book lover, gardener, outdoor girl and professional juggler of approximately 47 things at any given time.
And underneath all of it, I’m incredibly proud of the life and career I’ve built — and still very excited about where it’s going.
So, that’s a little about the woman behind the chair. 🖤
Now tell me something about YOU that I probably don’t know. 👇
