His Daughter Boutique All of us women start out as a young girl who knows exactly who they want to be: a teacher, a mother, a painter, or even a baker. He is my provider.

That is until we actually grow up a little and we realize we have absolutely no idea whom we are going to be. For some of us, it is perfectly clear - we dream of being a nurse or a businesswoman. For the rest, we feel as though we are going in circles hoping our calling will fall into our lap. As a 16 year old, I started a small business out of my childhood home. Little did I know, this business w

ould basically be my "job" throughout high school and even into college. A few years later, I was led to get a business license, and that meant I had to come up with a name for my business. I sat down and wrote name after name, but nothing sounded right. After days of thinking, I gave up. I wasn't certain of anything in my life at 19 years old, but one thing has remained very clear since I was little. I am the daughter of the one, true king who (despite all of my confusion) already knew exactly who I was called to be. I am called to be His Daughter. I am called to display His love through my words and actions everyday to all I come in contact with.

That is when this name felt appropriate for my business. No matter where I go in life, no matter if my success is minimal or abundantly overflowing, I will always remain the same. Jesus will always be consistent in my life, unchanging. He is my Father and my King. At 21 years of age, 2017, I opened my first brick and mortar. I will strive daily to live my life as His Daughter, and to make other women feel comforted in knowing that they are fearfully and wonderfully made in Christ’s image.
