Those of you that have known me most of my life, know I've never had a weight problem. The normal few pounds our maturing body acquires through the years.
When I reached 55 I began to gain, some health issues, and quarantine didn't help. I'm now 57 and fall of 2021 I was up 30 pounds. The extra weight only added to the health issues, I fight constant fatigue.
I made a decision to start a health journey January 3, I committed to a program with the help of a coach who was in my corner every day checking on me, encouraging me, sending me recipes. It's the best thing I've ever done!
I'm 4 weeks in, I've lost 11 lbs and I already feel like a new person ☺️
