I’d like to invite you to our next Call for the Wild Round Table this Monday evening at 7 PM.

I’ll be joined by Evan Schwerbrock, the world’s strongest blind person, for an exciting discussion about physical fitness and blindness. We’ll explore how strength, balance, and overall fitness affect the blind experience—and how blindness itself can influence our strength, balance, movement, and physical confidence.

I’ll also be bringing myofascial release into the conversation, including a discussion of the John Barnes Method of MFR and how it may relate to movement and physical well-being.
