π©·πββ¬π©· So a couple of weeks ago, I saw a tiny kitten behind my shop. She was one of three kittens, a poor stray mama cat had out here. I have no clue where the other kittens are (poor souls); I hope they are safe. This tiny one, who was injured and crying for help, was definitely feral, and it took 3 days to catch her. I brought her home, and my grandson named her Pepper. She has only a portion of one ear and a portion of a tail, with the bone still exposed; she may need to have her tail amputated. Other than that, she has no additional health concerns. We gave her time to decompress and acclimate to her surroundings. She has made herself known to my indoor kitties, and she tries to rule the roost. She fits in nicely and is so playful. It is kitten season out there, and it's so sad. These little animals should not have to live in deplorable conditions or be euthanized in a shelter.
