A little update from me 💛

I know I’ve been teasing my upcoming ebook/guide, and I’m sorry it’s taking a little longer than expected! I’m still fine-tuning, editing, and making sure it feels exactly the way I want it to before I put it into your hands. I’d rather take a little extra time and give you something I’m truly proud of than rush it just to get it out.

BUT… while I’ve been working on that, I’ve also been busy creating some other digital goodies! 🌊✨

I’m excited to share that I have new digital downloads that are officially READY and available now on my new site! 🎉

This is a whole new little chapter for MSA, and I’m so excited to finally start sharing what I’ve been creating behind the scenes.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for cheering me on while I build something new. 💕

Not everyone will see themselves the way you do. And that’s okay.

Sometimes it takes someone else holding up a mirror to remind us of the light we’ve forgotten we carry.

If I had to describe myself without using appearance, this is what it would look like. A little wild, a little grounded. Equal parts adventure and home. Someone who finds peace by the water, healing around a campfire, and joy in the simple moments.

We spend so much time trying to fit into someone else’s idea of who we should be that we forget to ask ourselves one important question:

“How do I see me?”

Maybe today, take a moment to think beyond the mirror. If you were a color, a season, a place, or a song… what would you be?

Weekend mode: ON. 🏕️🐾

The boys are loaded up, everyone has claimed their spot in the truck, and we’re officially headed to our happy place.

Camping isn’t just about getting away, it’s about slowing down, breathing a little deeper, and making memories with the ones who never care where we’re going… as long as they’re coming too. ❤️

Adventure is always better with your best friends by your side. 🐶💙🐶💙

Process orders.
Create images for orders.
Food shopping.
A load of laundry.
Food prep.
Ebook edits. 📖

And yes… there’s still more sitting on that list.

But it’s almost 9pm, and I’m calling it. 🤍

The rest can wait.

Tomorrow is another day, and tonight I’m taking some of my own advice from my upcoming book, Confidence After Burnout:

Not everything has to get done today for today to have been productive.

Sometimes protecting your peace means looking at what’s left on the list and saying, “That’s tomorrow’s problem.”

Tonight, I’m choosing done over drained. 🌊🤍

My old man, he’s gonna break my heart soon.

They say dogs are “man’s best friend,” but mine has fully committed to being my shadow. 😂

My sweet old man follows me from room to room, supervises every project, and somehow always knows the exact moment I sit down. He’s mastered the art of looking at me like I’m the most important person in the world… especially if I happen to have a snack. 🐶💙

He’s got a little more gray around the face these days and moves a little slower, but he’s still the best coworker, the best sidekick, and the best reminder to slow down and enjoy the little moments.

I wouldn’t trade my old man for anything. 💙

If you’ve got a senior pup at home, give them an extra hug from me today.

I’ve been keeping a secret…..

I’ve been quietly working on something that’s incredibly close to my heart…

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been pouring my experiences, lessons, and encouragement into a project I can’t wait to share with you.

If you’ve ever felt burned out, overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’ve lost a little piece of yourself along the way… this is for you.

It’s not about becoming someone new.
It’s about finding your way back to the person you were always meant to be.

Sunday State: RESETTING. 🔄🌿

Not every Sunday has to be productive.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is reset.

✨ Tidy the space that’s been stressing you out.
✨ Water your plants.
✨ Put your phone down for a little while.
✨ Make a plan instead of carrying it all in your head.
✨ Rest without feeling guilty.

A reset isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about giving yourself a fresh starting point for the week ahead.

Sometimes the day has other plans.

You wake up with a to-do list, a schedule, and every intention of getting it all done… then life throws you a curveball.

Instead of fighting it, pivot.

Maybe today isn’t the day to check every box. Maybe it’s the day to solve a problem, slow down, learn something new, or simply give yourself a little grace.

A change in plans doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re adapting. And sometimes the best progress comes from being flexible enough to take a different path.

Today’s goal may have changed, but I’m still moving forward, and that’s what matters.
