These look so good!

Mini Cheese Ball Bites

Ingredients (Makes 30):
Cheese Balls:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded

2 tbsp salted sweet cream butter, softened

1 tbsp horseradish sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Toppings:

½ cup finely chopped green onion

½ cup chopped dried cranberries

½ cup chopped sliced almonds

½ cup finely chopped pecans

5 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped

30 pretzel sticks

Instructions:

Mix Base
Beat cream cheese and butter for 1 minute until smooth. Add cheddar, horseradish, and Worcestershire; mix until well combined.

Chill
Cover tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Form Balls
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a 1-tbsp cookie scoop to portion mixture. Roll each portion into a ball and place on the sheet.

Coat
Roll balls in desired toppings until fully coated. Return to the baking sheet.

Serve
Just before serving, insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheese ball.

Storage:

Fridge: Airtight container up to 4 days (remove pretzels first).

Freeze: Not recommended—texture changes.
