Our new neighbors across the street, Richard Howard , are celebrating their Grand Opening at noon! 🃏

We’re heading over to welcome them to Main Street and show some support before we open up MTS at 12:30.

What’s new at MTS?

Everything.

We found plenty of treasure at the Utah Retro GameXpo and it’s all waiting for you at MTS. For days, we’ve been moving things around, filling shelves, emptying shelves, then somehow filling them again. Games, toys, LEGO, vinyl, collectibles, D-Day Skateshop has some sick shop decks, and plenty of stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into any category.

Basically, if it’s been a minute since you’ve stopped in, the store probably doesn’t look the way you remember it.

You’re gonna need another trip…

I can’t believe we’re a skateboard now! 🛹

Thank you so much to D-Day Skateshop for such an amazing surprise at the end of an equally amazing week!

We are exhausted and sore but it was worth every insane minute! Thank you to everyone who turned up to Utah Retro GameXpo for making it all worth it!

If you watched that video and asked yourself “Why wasn’t I in it?” then you didn’t visit us at the first day of Utah Retro GameXpo !

We will be back at it, earlier than we’d like, tomorrow morning! 10-67 at the Davis Conference Convention Center in Layton, Utah!

We’ve already picked up more amazing games and toys from the other killer vendors, and things are flying out of the booth!

You’re not busy tomorrow, hope in the car and come see what we what’s new and check out what we brought out of the backrooms 😜

It’s a big weekend for the Syndicate!

MTS is headed to the Utah Retro GameXpo for Friday and Saturday. We made sure the rest of the Syndicate is represented, and if you’re coming to the show, you’ll find us at Booth 6E (“Ryan Huff” on the vendor list) with a mix of retro games, vintage toys, collectibles, Pokémon, and plenty of weird treasures.

🏪 Good news: Our Tooele store including D-Day Skateshop is still open while we’re at the expo!

Today’s shop is in the crafty hands of our special guest Kalamati Jayn, keeping the weird alive back home.

Then on Saturday, Mighty Coach Man takes over the store. We can’t promise he’ll follow the rules, but we can promise there will probably be some level of chaos.

Be nice to them, please? And while the guys are out, we won’t be accepting trade ins until next Wednesday.

After two days of hauling inventory, talking games, and surviving convention food, the Tooele store will be CLOSED on Sunday so we can unpack, recover, and remember that we’re not 20 anymore. Cut us some slack. 😅

We accidentally hit the pause button on posting for a few weeks.

Our first out of state collection pickup. Prepping for Utah Retro GameXpo this weekend. The Weird never stopped growing.

While we were busy getting everything ready, this showed up.

🏆 Misfits Toy Syndicate was recognized as Tooele’s #1 Video Game Store for 2026.

That’s not something you apply for. It’s based on customer reviews, and every person who’s shopped, traded, hung out, or taken the time to leave a review helped make it happen.

Now… back to regularly scheduled programming.

We’ve got new games, toys, LEGO, Pokémon, MTG, vinyl, soundtracks, and plenty of strange treasures waiting to be discovered.
