The Lavish Whisk is an in home custom cakery located in the heart of Shawnee Heights area of Topeka.

Kourtney Kelley - owner and fashion executive of Fringe and Frills - former over and creator of Lavish Whisk for nearly 11 years. I have switched gears and grounded myself with a passion for fashion! Helping create dream cakes for clients, this dream has always been in the back of my mind, and I am excited to be bring it it light and share with everyone!

Y’all…. THESE ARE THE CUTEST!!!!!! 😍🐮

The first round surprised me and arrived early this morning! - So for all of that ordered cow planters - they’re HERE!!!
The utters are ridiculous 🤣 this cow is so cute!
