Hello everyone! It's been awhile! The last few months have been rough. My sister had been battling breast cancer for several years and passed away at the end of July. I spent as much time with her as I could in her final weeks. It was a very special time that I will always treasure. She was the one who taught me to sew! I am forever grateful for that and many other things that my "big sister" taught me. I am slowly getting my creativity back and getting some stitching time in. I admire the quilters that use fabric and thread to get through grief. Didn't work for me...I would walk in my sewing room and turn right back around and walk out. I miss her and I know there are many tears yet to be shed but I feel needle and thread calling me again. I have many of your lovely quilts that I am anxious to get my hands on.
