Hey y’all, we are days away from our biggest sale of the year on Friday, August 7th!

We will be starting bright and early at 8am, and we will be out on the street slanging deals until 9pm.

30% off vintage in store, $10 and $20 racks, and I’m telling you, the biggest fill-a-bag pile EVER! 🎒

We are adding a special surprise this year! Maggie, our in-store tailor Margaret Gay will be doing a sew-on patch and patch repair pop-up outside from 8am-noon on Friday. She will have her sewing machine out there and patches for you to purchase, or bring your own! 🧵

P.S. We have been majorly prepping and sourcing to flip the entire store for Saturday. We will have TONS of new inventory to fill up the shop for the weekend, we are so excited to not only have a major sale on Friday, but a huge restock Saturday. Out of a shared love for the Great Lakes, it appears there are a lot of new faces here! If you’re new, welcome.

I’m Katie, owner of slip. vintage. This page is usually full of vintage clothing and the occasional questionable attempt at hand modeling. Sometimes even taxidermy. 🦫

But I’ve always believed vintage is about more than clothing. Every piece carries a story, and I love getting to help write its next chapter.

Somewhere along the way, though, vintage also taught me to slow down, and buy more thoughtfully out of awareness of my environmental impact.

Those same values are why you’ve seen me speaking up about Line 5. Caring for the Great Lakes and caring about how we consume don’t feel like separate conversations to me. They’re both rooted in care for this place we call home.

Whether you’re here for old Levi’s, environmental advocacy, or you just accidentally ended up on vintage Instagram…I’m glad you’re here. Come say hi anytime!

We weren’t joking when we said we have SO many shorts this season. Sizes 23”-40”, high waisted, pleated, denim and more. Find a pair of jorts but want to make them cut offs? We got you. Just come in and we will cut them for you at your desired length.

Spring is finally here, and the truck is out of hibernation. Next week, we start being open 7 days, and extending our hours to be open til 6pm every day but Sunday. Hours in our bio and on Google.
By the way… these “old s**t” totes are still available. $16, dm me if you need one. AND there’s always parking in the back of the building, Front Row Centre sticks out the furthest of all the buildings on the north side of the 100 block of Front St. and there’s a back door you can enter.
