What a day! ⛳️🧡

This past Friday, The Cincy Hat Foundation hosted our 2nd Annual Cincy Hat Golf Classic, and thanks to an incredible community of supporters, sponsors, volunteers, and golfers, we raised more than $97,000 to support our mission.

A special thank you to Stonelick Hills GC for hosting us and helping make the day such a success. We are also incredibly grateful to our Premier Sponsor, The Michael J. Ward Foundation, along with Fifth Third Bank and National Real Estate Insurance Group, for their generosity and support.

To all of our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and participants, thank you. We are continually humbled by the way this community shows up for our mission.

The housing crisis facing adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is not slowing down and neither are we.

The funds raised through this outing will help The Cincy Hat Foundation continue creating educational opportunities while also building affordable infrastructure that fosters independence for adults with IDD here at home. Every dollar raised helps create more opportunities for the individuals and families we serve.

🏡🧡Our team is growing...WE'RE HIRING!👇

The Cincy Hat Foundation is looking for a Community Resource Coordinator to help bring our mission to life at our first residential property in Madisonville.

This part-time, live-in role is about much more than overseeing a building. It's about helping create a community where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities can live independently, build meaningful relationships, and feel connected to the neighborhood around them.

The Coordinator will serve as an on-site resource and advocate - supporting resident communication, helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment, fostering connections within the Madisonville community, and organizing social activities that encourage friendship, confidence, and independence.

We're seeking someone with experience supporting individuals with IDD, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for inclusion and community-building.

As part of the role, the selected candidate will also receive free rent in a brand-new apartment at The Cincy Hat Foundation's Madisonville property.

The Cincy Hat was project founded by Ted Karras as a fundraiser to support Village of Merici provide services and housing to the intellectually and developmentally disabled community. The Cincy Hat Foundation was formed in October 2024 with a renewed mission to support the Cincinnati IDD community.
