My company name is a tip of my hat to my mother, her nickname growing up was Bonny, her Daddy called her 'his wee bonny lass'. I felt a yearning to have my craft reflect some of my Gaelic heritage. I learned to crochet and knit from my grandmother when I was about 11. I have done bookmarks, afghans, hats, scarfs, but once I made my first baby dress I was hooked for life. I was blessed with my first grandbaby this year on Mother's Day, so now I have a new model for my creations!
