Louis with a passion for fashion, accessories, making jewelry and exploring her creative side from a very young age. Louis following high school, intent on seeing the world. She spent a year living in Spain and traveling Europe before moving to the East Coast to attend college. She spent summers in Spain and Hong Kong interning for a travel magazine. After receiving her BA in print Journalism at A

merican University she moved to New York City determined to find a career in fashion. Kate worked at Deutsch Advertising, Seventeen Magazine as an Assistant Accessories Editor and with an estate jeweler before returning to St. Louis where she took a marketing position at Brown Shoe Company, working for brands including Carlos by Carlos Santana and Fergie Footwear- All the while she designed accessories for friends, family and private clients on the side- dreaming of a day when she might branch out on her own. Kate’s diverse background in fashion, marketing and advertising gave her the confidence to indulge her creative pursuits with an understanding of how to build and market a brand. In 2012, Kate took a leap of faith and left the corporate world to launch her own collection and Kate Pollmann Jewelry was born.

Meet Kate

My obsession with accessories started young. I've been making jewelry for as long as I can remember! I left St. Louis after high school, intent on seeing the world. I spent a year in Spain and traveled throughout Europe before moving to the East Coast to attend university. I spent my summers in Spain and then in Hong Kong interning for a travel magazine. I earned my BA in Print Journalism and headed to New York City determined to find a career in fashion.

I found work at Deutsch Advertising, Seventeen Magazine and with a notable estate jeweler before returning to St. Louis for a marketing career at Caleres. All the while, I was designing accessories for friends, family and private clients on the side, dreaming of a day when I might branch out on my own!

In 2012, I took a leap of faith and left the corporate world to launch my own collection and Kate Pollmann Jewelry was born. I love creating beautiful things for
