It’s a lot of work (and a lot of driving 😆) managing three different vendor spots, but it’s important to diversify and spread out if you can make it happen.
If you think of your business as a table and the table legs are sources of revenue, consider how many legs are holding it up...the more legs you have, the more stable the table. Even if one gets wobbly or breaks completely, the other legs will keep the table upright and level.
Right now, our “table legs” consist of three vendor spots, two Etsy shops, and a schedule of in-person vintage vendor events that goes to the end of the year.
In between managing all of those, we’re always looking for other ideas, other events, any other legs that we can put under our table…
