Minnesota fishing opener is tomorrow and we can't wait! Around these parts, fishing opener is basically a holiday! Good luck to everyone hitting the water this weekend!

Here at Vexilar, we'll be enjoying the open water season as well, but deep down inside we are patiently waiting for the cold to return. We have some exciting new products coming that we can't wait for you all to see!

Well, it's that time of the year again... the ice fishing gear gets put away for the summer and forgotten about until the first cold snap next winter. But now is the best time to get your Vexilar flasher in for service! From time to time, we find that older flashers may need some work done to keep them running at peak performance. Get your unit serviced this off season, so it's ready to roll next winter!

Battery maintenance is another important off-season task. We recommend storing your Vexilar lithium batteries at around 40%-50% charge and SLA batteries at full charge. For lithium batteries this will be about 12.2v-12.9v. We also recommend checking your batteries every 60 days or so, to make sure they are holding a charge!

Also, keep an eye out for our new website coming this summer! We have some very exciting new products that we've been working on and we can't wait to share them with you all!
