There were days when all we had left was our belief in this story, and each other.

Today, we can finally say it. More Than A Goal is complete. So much of ourselves lives in this film, including the strength you gave us when the journey felt heaviest.

To everyone who gave, encouraged, waited and stood beside us, we’re forever grateful. What a way to head into the final months of the year. ❤️

We’ve waited a long time to write these words. Today, we finally can.

More Than A Goal is officially complete 🎬

In honor of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah’s birthday today, we’re celebrating his legacy with our announcement video and the first look at the film’s official cover art.

Dr. Nkrumah saw in football the possibility of a united Africa. Our documentary brings that vision into focus, alongside the courage of a continent that boycotted the 1966 FIFA World Cup.

Sixty years later, ten African countries participated in the 2026 World Cup. As this extraordinary football year draws toward its close, we’re preparing to release a film that asks us to remember the history behind the headlines.

Getting here tested us in ways we never imagined. Your patience, encouragement and belief helped us keep going. Thank you for giving this story a place in your hearts before it ever reached a screen.

As we reflect on this day, we also reflect on the journey behind our up omg documentary, More Than A Goal — a journey that has stretched over a decade, filled with sacrifice, uncertainty, setbacks, lessons, and unwavering belief.

Through every challenge thrown our way, we have remained committed to one thing: preserving and telling stories that remind Africa of its greatness, its vision, and its contribution to the world.

We are proud of how far we have come as storytellers, while remaining humble students of the culture — constantly learning from our elders, peers, and the generations before us who carried these stories long before we ever touched a camera.

More Than A Goal is bigger than football.
It is about identity.
Unity.
Legacy.
And Africa’s unfinished story.

As we prepare to share some updates on “More Than A Goal” documentary, we’re extremely excited about our collaboration with Unity Street Soccer and on Goals Beyond The Game (GBTG): Street Soccer Festival x Cultural Art Exhibition featuring amazing artists .m + Elijah Nguli x Beverly Ampaw.

GBTG is inspired by Africa’s 1966 boycott to the present + themes from our upcoming documentary, More Than A Goal. Through art, we are documenting struggle, pride, identity, and the unstoppable rise of a continent.
