I am a creative individual with a passion for craft. I love Yarn and Fabric. Currently I am a stay-at-home mom of two girls whom I homeschool. I love what I get to do, creating quality toys for children to love on. My Grandmother taught me how to crochet & sew. She's been gone a while now, but I'm so thankful for the gift she bestowed on me, teaching me these crafts. Being able to share my talents

with others, who then can give fun, unique gifts to their loved ones, fills my heart. Homemade=Love in my world. Over the last 14 years my little hobby has grown into a small business. I love that I can work from home and share my passion with my girls. They're learning that if you work hard and do good quality craft, you can make a living. Little Luna the Lamb pattern by Jenny Deng. I added a backpack of sorts to house a removable lavender pouch. I’m still debating on if I want to put eyes on it. I’m thinking minimal white crescents if anything. Love this sweet little lamb.

Well, yesterday was an interesting market. Beautiful day that turned drastically different. I spent hours playing Mancala and Blink with the kids who came to the park and telling their parents about the kids in Kenya that we’re trying to raise support for. Then towards the end our phones started going off like crazy about a fire that had jumped the river and was spreading quickly due to the crazy wind we were having. There were also two other fires that started up while we were there on the other side of the HWY. I called the girls back from the mall (it was right across the street from the park) and we helped Karen load all the market items into her truck so she could go help her daughter. Got ourselves loaded and the smoke was starting to arrive. What had been a bright and sunny day turned into an ashtray and a lot of people on the road trying to evacuate the area. I’m hearing reports that over 600 buildings have been lost in under 24 hours. We got ourselves home and started watering everything out of precaution. Also packed our go bags and got the pets inside where they were easy to find. The fire wasn’t close to our home, but being in the midst of all of the chaos in town, it made us mindful of how dry and windy it was and how fast things can turn. We talked through our plan of how to evacuate if ever we need to. Then another friend sent me a screen shot of a post on FB about a man who had been trying to set fire to the dry grass on our road just down the hill from us. The man was confronted by a neighbor and ran but apparently was captured. He had priors. Hopefully that means they won’t just slap him on the wrist and let him go. But we live in WA. That’s all I’ll say about that. I’m so thankful God had that neighbor see him. My heart breaks for all the folks in Spokane who have lost their homes. I have friends and family of friends who are directly affected and or who have lost their homes. Please pray for rain, for safety for all the men and women working the fires, for comfort and peace for those who’ve lost their place to live, pets, etc. One thing I love about this community is that they are strong to rally around their neighbors.

A friend asked for three little pigs and a wolf puppet. I happened to have three little pig puppets and I made a wolf puppet. First time making one. Fun idea. I used Madeline Mae CO’s wolf pattern for the head and free styled the body.

Someone at Settlers day asked for an orange kitty. Well, I made one. I and my machine will be at Spokane Family Day with Beyond Vision Foundation August 1st. For a donation to BVF to help Jackie work with the kids in Kenya you can turn the k**b and get a stuffed critter. Then every time you see the critter it will remind you to pray for them.

I adore this shirt! 3x oversized T with added bandana sleeves. Perfect for that Thunderstruck fan. My absolute favorite song of theirs. I’ve been listening to it over and over this summer while I water the garden.
