Bucket Heads got to team up with Girls That Golf at Morris Williams Golf Course here in Austin, and it was the perfect reminder of why we love this game.

Girls That Golf was created to give women a place to get on the course. No pressure to be the best player, no judgment, just girls coming together to learn, network, hang out, have fun, and fall in love with the game.

We sat down with founder Elizabeth to hear more about what they’re building, and she shared one story that really stuck with us…

One of their girls came to an event simply for some lessons. She had never really been around the game before. By the time she left, she was so hooked that she went out and bought a set of clubs.

That’s what it’s all about.
It’s not about how good you are.
It’s not about having the perfect swing.
It’s about getting out there, finding your people, and having a damn good time.

Big shoutout to Elizabeth and the entire Girls That Golf crew for creating a space where more women can discover just how fun this game can be.

We’re proud to be a small part of it. ❤️
