HELLO! It’s been a HOT MINUTE since I’ve been on IG. You all know I LOVE the mountains but I’m THRILLED to be LONDON bound today for some city time with friends for some amazing theatre, dining & art, see cabi UK clients and team members with a Wimbledon Watch party, take in some Festival Concert fun and an England World Cup Watch Party! This trip is going to FLY BY! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚽️🎾🎭🖼️ 👗🍽️

Feels like summer! Here’s a check list and tips if you are on-the-go this summer! Going to the grocery, to visit family, a wedding or girls trip? Make sure your on-the-go style checks these boxes:

✅Stretchy and comfortable
✅Easy to layer
✅Looks intentional

Quick Tips:
✅Save your leggings for the gym.
✅Try track pants instead of jeans.
✅Use a button down as a “jacket”. (It can be a great travel buddy to double as a blouse or swim suit coverup).

On-the-go style doesn’t have to be denim or gym wear. It can be polished, chic and a 10/10 in comfort. 💚

🏜️Would you hike a slot canyon? It’s like no other hike you’ve ever done. I’m claustrophobic so it was a challenge for me but I did it! done ✅ If you go, make sure you can fit through the railings posted. Take plenty of water too, the hike to get tonthe canyon is long and sandy!

This slot canyon is in Escalante National Monument - more slot canyons are here over anywhere else in Utah. There are a couple even more narrow “slot” ones and also wider ones jusrt called “narrows”. I’ll be posting those too.

Stop 4/Part 2: Leprechaun Canyon in Hanksville, Utah. Have you hiked a slot canyon? 😅. It takes awareness, patience, and a bit of skill to move through them.

We kept it to the hiking route and dipped into an easier slot that opens into a massive canyon—but even that gives you a taste of the challenge.

Vacay mode is still ON for this 🌄✨—and a little reminder that stepping away to connect with nature is just as important as getting dressed.
