Please Read 2026 changes & processes :

• Turnaround time depends on the type of work requested.

~ Tumblers/Mugs: standard 48-72 hrs after customer approval and payment.
~Magnets up to 4 Days unless order rush needed ($15 fee)
~Hats 48 hrs
~Shirts, depends on volume- 24 hrs to 5 days

Occasionally, supplier delays happen—if so, we’ll always communicate this.

• Order pickup window.
Orders will be held for 30 days. After that, items will be resold, or discarded with no refund.

• Giveaways & fun stuff!
We’ll be doing monthly giveaways for those who engage and support—something fun every month 🎉

• New products coming!
I’m constantly adding new items to my product line, so stay tuned 👀

• Sundays are family time. We will no longer be open Sundays. It’s important to have time away from work also.

• Payment policy.
Orders do not go into production until payment is received.

• Transparency matters.
We’re human, and yes, we’ve even dropped the ball before—life happens. If major events occur (illness, family emergency, etc.), I will always post updates regarding delays.
