“Why are your prices so high???”
A question we get so frequently, a question that makes us second guess our venture into this business.
Many images that we are provided with by customers are created in AI platforms. What many don’t know is what it actually takes to take those images and make them a QUALITY IMAGE.
Hours of sitting in front of the computer, manually removing each and every “invisible” artifact. The blurry edges. The transparent pixelations that print even though the naked eye can’t see them on the screen.
Sure, we can leave these artifacts… but the truth is, we don’t want to.
We strive to print the best quality images as possible. That means putting in the work! And we are more than happy to do it! If we don’t edit AI generated images… they look like crap!
So, with that being said… the cost break down of a basic t-shirt includes a fee for the time we have to spend cleaning up these images.
Keep this in mind when asking a creator to “lower their prices 🙃
