With regret, I am sad to announce that I will not be setting up for the Glenview Art Show this weekend. With excessive smoke and heat covering the Chicago area this week it is just too much for me to bear; being outside in this weather for two days in addition to the physical strain of set up and take down of my booth will be too risky for my health. Glenview is one of my favorite shows, the organizers and the customers are such wonderful people and I miss them already! Thank you in advance for your understanding. Ready to display this weekend at the Glenview Art League 72nd Annual Summer Art show at Attea School in Glenview Illinois. The ones shown in this post are not posted yet on Etsy; if they are not sold this weekend, I will post to Etsy next week. I'm gearing up for the Glenview Art League Summer Art Show at Attea School, 2500 Chestnut Ave. in Glenview Illinois on July 18 & 19, 11 am to 5 pm each day. It is their 72nd year for this event! Today is the second day of the 2 day Covington Art Fair in Fort Wayne, 11 am to 4 pm today. I was so busy yesterday didn’t have time to take or post pictures! Still have many beautiful one-of-a-kind purses in my booth, I’m right in front of Christopher James Menswear store. Hope to see you today!

Well, I was a bit off on the forecast for today. Yesterday morning, I was certain it would start raining at noon in South Bend on Sunday, so I broke down my entire booth last night after the show ended and came home with my car loaded up. The forecast this morning says rain won’t come there until about 3 or 4…so perhaps I acted too soon. The show ends at 5 today, so at least I won’t have to break down in the rain. However, I’ve never left a show early before and I regret the impact it will have on the artists surrounding me, and any customers I would see today. I did have a great sales day on Saturday with many repeat and new customers. C’est la vie.😊 Many, many thanks to Stephen Anthony for helping me set up and take down my booth, I so appreciate your help!

June is a busy month for me with 3 big 2-day shows scheduled. The first is the Hyde Park Community Art Fair on Saturday June 6 and Sunday June 7. Pictured are six new "Malone" style crossbodies, and eleven new "Cruise" crossbody purses that I'll have at this weekend's event. They are my best-selling styles. If they are not sold this weekend, I'll post them on my Etsy site early next week. Enjoy!

Looking forward to the OneAmerica Financial Foundation Broad Ripple Art Fair this weekend on May 16 & 17 with these new one-of-a-kind purses made with upcycled upholstery fabric! Can't wait to see the customers I've done business with at the Broad Ripple Fair. Any of these darlings that are not sold this weekend will be posted on my Etsy site next week. Seven new "Malone", six new "Soho" and three new "Emilie" styles. Thank you for your interest!

Yesterday at Brick Street Market was chilly yet sunny, people were smiling and happy, and the dogs were so adorable! Many more dogs than pictured here. And sales were brisk and plentiful!
