This is new and attempted update of whatā€™s up with us. Steve is still about the same and could probably like what the brain after Covid. It took some really good doctors nearly 3 years to diagnose Post Sepsis Syndrome after Necrotizing Faciatitis caused by streptococcus A. A doctor at promed and sent him Sparks at the time.. he saved his life.
For me Iā€™ve having seizures since last summer and had a grand mal in December. Brain works good but what Iā€™d like do is start teaching sewing from my home. Child will be taught basic hand sewing (itā€™s really fun for them) and we can assess who has the patience to move to a very basic machine.
As far as friends working lessons together can be encouraging. Once you have joined a class maybe someone can get me up to date on FaceTime calls so we can both see

My fabric and pattern destash continue. I'll be photographing patterns tomorrow. Their are many groups on Facebook for certain fabrics and patterns. Getting used to making invoices and doing postage is totally new to me. I trimmed a flannel shirt with a pinterest hint. Pictures tomorrow.

Murphyannah's holiday outfit with fabric purchased, at the newest, for her sister Eleanor, 12 years ago. The large bow is sewn/hotglued to a removable pin back and the smaller bows are for her pig tails. No more tights for us since discovering Rufflebutts on Amazon. Won't be fighting a 2 1/2 year old to get them pulled up. There aren't any ruffles on the backside so I could do with a different name. Slight color difference between the top and bottoms because the top is a tee and a denser type legging.

Everything is hectic with something new daily. There are still draperies to be made, sewing classes and I'm making clothes for myself. I will be offering private sewing lessons as time allows. Two hour maximum for adults and will even be "entertainment" by providing a lesson of a couple of hand stitches and a project they can complete at the party. Girls or boys, similar desires and wanting to sew. Contact by messenger if interested.

Violet Fields threads patterns are designed by independent designer's from their home. One thing that is so much fun is a once a month "sew a long". Google their site and find very stylish and different patterns.

I have a question to pose. I'm running across quality vintage machines that someone could get for slightly more than the top offered by discount stores. I always like students to have a dependable machine and know it from the bottom up. They would have service as good as I could provide. Attachments for other vintage machines and vintage crafty item's. Need advice from friends.

Everyone's ready, Eleanor's sewing, we're taking the sites locally. I bet Mrs. Laura's and Mr. Steve's grand ones want to hunt secret places. We're ready!
