We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Production Specialist who takes pride in clean, consistent work and knows how to keep commercial embroidery production moving. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands the full embroidery process—from reading a job ticket and selecting the right setup to running production, troubleshooting problems, and completing final quality control.
We are a growing custom-apparel company focused on helping construction and blue-collar organizations outfit their teams, strengthen their culture, and put their apparel to work.

• Schedule: Regular weekday production schedule with scheduled flexibility availabale.
• Compensation: $22-25+/hr depending on experience
• Pay Schedule: Weekly pay every Friday

The Embroidery Production Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality embroidered apparel while meeting production schedules and quality standards. You need to be able to operate commercial embroidery equipment, prepare garments, test sew-outs, monitor production, resolve common machine and sew-quality problems, and inspect finished work. The right person is has a great attitude, collaborative mindset and is technically experienced. We're looking to add a dependable, organized professional who is comfortable balancing high-quality craftsmanship with production speed.
Qualifications
• Proven hands-on experience operating commercial embroidery equipment in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of garment hooping, stabilizers, backing, thread, needles, bobbins, tension, and embroidery placement.
• Ability to evaluate the sew quality of an embroidery file and recognize when digitizing adjustments may be needed.
• Experience embroidering hats, polos, T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, workwear, bags, and performance fabrics.
• Experience with specialty embroidery methods such as Puff Designs, Applique, and patch sewing files.
• Ability to troubleshoot common embroidery-machine and sew-quality problems independently.
• Ability to read work orders, follow detailed instructions, and maintain accurate counts.
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of production pace and deadlines.
• Dependable attendance, clear communication, and a team-first attitude.
• Experience with shop-management systems is helpful
• Experience with digitizing software is a plus.
