Please take a moment to review my policies before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the following. 🤍
👕 MADE TO ORDER�Most shirts are made when ordered, so I do not keep every size, style, or color in stock. Designs previously posted on my page can normally still be ordered unless stated otherwise.
⏰ TURNAROUND TIME�Standard turnaround is approximately 5–7 days after payment and all necessary order details are received. Bulk orders, pre-orders, holidays, and busy seasons may require additional time.
⚡ RUSH ORDERS�If I have the correct shirt, size, and color in stock and my schedule allows, same-day service may be available for an additional $5 per shirt. Rush orders are not guaranteed.
💰 PAYMENT�Full payment is required before work begins unless we have made a different arrangement. Bulk orders require a 50% deposit before work begins.
🎨 CUSTOM DESIGNS�At this time, I do not charge a design fee for custom orders. Excessive revisions or completely changing a design after work has begun may result in an additional fee.
✅ PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ORDER�Customers are responsible for confirming sizes, colors, names, spelling, dates, numbers, designs, and personalizationbefore approval. If I make an error, I will make it right.
🚫 CANCELLATIONS • RETURNS • EXCHANGES�Because items are made to order and/or personalized, custom sales are final once materials have been purchased or production has begun. I cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, customer-provided information, or a change of mind.
👚 CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ITEMS�I take every precaution when customizing items you provide, but I cannot guarantee replacement if the material has an unexpected reaction during printing or pressing. If an issue is caused by my error, I will work with you to make it right.
📦 BULK ORDERS�Bulk orders require a 50% deposit. Please finalize quantities, sizes, colors, names, numbers, and personalization before production begins.
📍 PICKUP & DELIVERY�I will contact you when your order is ready.
Delivery is available! If delivery is needed, please provide your complete delivery address when placing your order.Delivery depends on location and availability, and an additional delivery fee may apply.
📦 UNCLAIMED ORDERS�Please pick up your completed order or arrange delivery within 30 days of being notified that it is ready.
Orders left for more than 30 days without communication will be considered unclaimed. Payments are non-refundable, and unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of. If you communicate with me and make other arrangements, this does not apply.
🎨 COLOR & SIZING�Colors may vary slightly between screens and finished products. Shirt brands and styles can also fit differently, so please verify your size before ordering.
🧺 SHIRT CARE�Wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, tumble dry on low when possible, and do not iron directly over the design.
📅 HAVE A DEADLINE?�Please tell me when placing your order if you need it by a specific date. Last-minute requests cannot always be guaranteed.
