Then Jesus said to his disciples, “If anyone wants to come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.

Denying yourself is surrendering to Jesus' lead instead of following yours. Surrendering your plans, your desires, your wants to follow him. Allowing him to be the center of your life, not just an addition to your life. Denying yourself is a gift that opens your life to all God has for you

How can we have so many wants as followers of Christ, we should truly, sincerely, only want Jesus because our life is in Him, our hope is in Him, our identity is in Him.

Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.

4 No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him.
we have to come up higher than the challenges we face.
Jesus said in John 16:33

33 I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”

But first we had the good news with great joy;

10 And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people.

11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.

so because we heard the good news, Christ our savior,our redeemer has come and He said that in Him we would have peace,it should bring great joy and not find ourselves through the challenges of this life but rather through the giver of this life Jesus 🙏🙏🙏

Given the state of the world today and the church, the Bible says the gates of hell will not prevail against the church, so all of those who are preaching another gospel, understand that the truth is the truth and it’s going to shine over every false doctrine every false preacher, every false statement made by those who preaches the culture rather than Christ so can we not just preach what’s in the word of God and stop playing with the word of God I’m just saying

So many are led by there flesh, when we look at the world and all the ones who follow after the philosophy of the world, look a certain way dress a certain way,obtain all the things you can and that means success it truly is a matrix of lies and insecurity, but we can’t get mad at the world for doing what the world does and when I say the world I mean those who bought into the lies of the prince of this world. The only way we combat the lies is with the truth,
Jesus is THE WAY,THE TRUTH, and THE LIFE VICTORY BELONGS TO JESUS🙏🙏🙏
