Charleston you were cute✌️🍍🌈

Went on a little vaca with the fam to watch some baseball and explore Charleston with our baseball family. Travel sports are something you guys, but if you genuinely adore the people you do it with you’ve won the lottery! My sons team isn’t a winning one, but they are learning, developing and enjoy spending time together and the parents are gold. So my advise to those who have not entered this strange era yet…don’t win chase. An MLB team doesn’t care about your child’s 11U or 12U record. My son loves playing everywhere on the field and gets to. He hasn’t been forced into one spot yet.

For those who capsule care less about

I ate so many yummy things in Charleston. DM me if you want places because I’ve gotten into making Apple Map Guides of places I’ve been and the gems we’ve found.

The Charleston shopping itch was not nearly scratched. I didn’t do my research on store hours and shops on King Street close between 5-6pm you guys 🤦‍♀️ but my girl sure did have some time to get some Roller Rabbit pjs. Aaron finally got to go into Buck Mason and picked up a shirt and I left with nothing, but a new love for Alo Yoga 🤷‍♀️

All this to say I’ll need to go back! But this trip was a good one!

We started our day at the farmers market, then attended our community parade and ended it with great friends at their home and seeing fireworks over the water. 🌊

You guys, I’m a stylist now. I’ve found my niche! 🤣 No but for real when my girl SooJee Snowberger tasked me with styling her for a Disney cruise to Alaska and said “let’s do subtle nods to characters” I was so excited. I knew we had to keep it chic, nothing in your face. Outfits that felt like her, kept her warm because hello it’s a cruise to Alaska, and also felt Disney “enough”.

Last Italy Photo Dump (for now): Rome. Our last stop. Your guys let’s be real I have way more photos then this but decision fatigue has kept me from posting for this long, so be very proud of me. Maybe I’ll randomly post more sometime. And then there’s the reel Tessa and I are suppose to make. Maybe during summer break.

Anyway, Rome was a blast. We saw all the sites from The Vatican to the Trevi fountain they did not disappoint. Living in a newer country it was mind blowing to see things that old. Memories from this trip will hold a very special place in all our hearts. 🏛️🤎🇮🇹🍝

Italy Photo Dump 3: Amalfi day trip! We stopped at a few cute towns along the Amalfi coast including the famous Positano. Even though it was not technically tourist season getting in and out of the area is crazy! We hired a driver because the drive is like Highway 1 in Cali on steroids! We stopped at a limoncello factory and got to visit some cute shops Tessa had scoped out ahead of time. We’d love to go back and stay there sometime and experience it more by boat! 🍋

Italy photo dump number 2: Naples. The birthplace of Pizza. My mother was born here so we had to pay Naples a visit. Although it was our least favorite destination some of the best meals were had here. We got to experience a few days of city life in Italy and eat Pizza where it was invented. We walked the streets most days and just picked a direction and somehow ended up in neat places like farmers markets our outdoor shopping areas. We also used Naples as a jumping off point for a day trip to the Amalfi coast. Stay tuned for that photo dump! 🍕
